For memberships more than 3 months overdue a new application and $75 is required. Renewal reminders are sent VIA email and or postal mail prior to your expiration date.

You must be an ACTIVE Clergy Member Agent to receive any commissions or referral fees.

A recent passport style and size photo is required to create your ID card. Please insure the face is 1” x 1”
